Chance to Shine



St Margaret's CC have again been selected as one of the clubs in Suffolk to participate in the "Chance to Shine" initiative, designed to get Cricket back into schools.

ECB Safe Hands Policy



St Margarets Cricket Club are fully committed to the ECB's Child Protection Policy and endorses its Safe Hands Policy.

Youth Section


We will again be running junior teams in the Ipswich and District Youth League this season. Practice sessions will be on Monday evenings between 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm. The first session will be Monday April 28th and will continue until Monday July 21st (except oforthe Bank Holiday Monday's May 5th and 26th).

The cost of joining the junior section will be £10. As a condition of our use of the ground, a parent will also be required to pay a membership fee of £15 to Ransomes Sports and Social Club. Pease contact Norman Atkins - 01473 720362 for further details.

Player Details


All existing members are invited to add/update their details.

If you haven't registered, please do so, it only takes a few minutes but will make the captains jobs easier throughout the season if they can be sure that the details we hold are correct.Click here to Register

Any new players young or old are welcome at St Margarets.

We are especially keen to attract young players who are interested in playing in our U13 team this year.

Dinner Dance


Ian and Tracy Booth have kindly agreed to organise the Dinner / Dance again this year. It will again be held at Waldringfield Golf Club on SATURDAY 27th SEPTEMBER 2008. Further detail to follow nearer the time.

A golf tournament for the "Scrotum Trophy" will precede the Dinner/Dance.
